About Fit Intuit
I started Fit Intuit several years ago with the intention of bringing mindfulness to anyone interested. My vision has shifted, and I am open to it evolving and growing as I evolve and grow. I am now more specific in the groups I work with but more broad in my approaches.
Given my personal life experiences at both extremes of health, I have a passion for supporting both ends of the health spectrum: those seeking peak performance in athletic endeavors and those seeking health and healing from chronic illness.
Interestingly, the same approaches work regardless of where you fall on the health and performance spectrum!

Although I still believe mindfulness is a foundational tool and one that I encourage and teach, I know that to optimize performance in sport or heal from a chronic illness, we need much more than mindfulness. So, I offer functional medicine, which is a systems biology approach to health and performance, mindfulness and meditation, and guided imagery.
This combination of approaches is necessary if we're going to reach our goals and live our best lives.
Fit Intuit's Mission
My mission is to empower those suffering with complex, chronic illness and those striving for peak performance to live deeply fulfilling and healthy lives through functional medicine principles, mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, and authentic connection.
As a former elite gymnast, veteran, physician's assistant, mindfulness instructor, and one suffering with chronic illness, I bring a unique perspective. I am dedicated to creating a space where every person's individual story of challenge and growth is honored.
I merge traditional and innovative wellness practices with my personal experiences to tailor pathways that resonate with each unique life narrative. Here, we journey together through mindfulness, empowerment, and healing, fostering a community where every person maximizes their potential to thrive in harmony and authenticity.
I am beside you 100%.
